Meet the new Board members for 2026
We are thrilled to welcome two past Lois Price Spratlen Foundation scholarship recipients to the Board of Directors!
Holly Brezynski, DNP, PMHNP-BC, ARNP, works for Sea Mar Community Health Centers as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and is a faculty member for Sea Mar's APP Psychiatric Residency Program. She is also the principal owner of Chambers Bay Behavioral Health, PLLC, in partnership with Mindful Therapy Group, serving patients across Washington State.
Holly is a graduate of the University of Washington, a past recipient of a Lois Price Spratlen Foundation Scholarship, and a member of the Association of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses (AAPPN) since 2019.
She is honored to accept the invitation to serve on the board and to have the opportunity to support the foundation's efforts to help psychiatric nurse practitioners achieve their goals.
Keondra Rustan, PhD, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CHSE, CNE, TNCC, works for ATC Psychiatry and DESC as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She always looks at methods to advance and support mental and behavioral health.
She is the current President-Elect of Mary Mahoney Professional Nurses Organization and serves as a leader of WSNA’s Professional Nursing and Health Care Council for Ethics and Human Rights.
Keondra is a graduate of the University of Washington, a former student Regent of the University of Washington, and an AAPPN member who co-chairs the Case Discussion Group.
Keondra is a past recipient of a Lois Price Spratlen Foundation Scholarship and was the keynote speaker for the ceremony in the following year.
She is honored to have the invitation to serve on the board and support the amazing work being done to facilitate support for future psychiatric nurse practitioners as leaders and providers.
